waiting reply of support team from last one month

I am not able to withdraw money so I raised first ticket on July 15 and on August 6, without replying pph just marked it as solved. I again, raised new ticket on August 6 and still no reply. Is PPH still active company? When I will get my ticket's reply?

  is PeoplePerHour still working company? Anyone there to respond? I am trying to reach support from more than 2 months, but no response till now

  Same thing happened with me my money is stucked I initiated the withdrawal request on 31st July still payment is not there in my bank account they just dont respond and dont care anymore at all. After 40 + days my funds are still stucked in this platform and there is no accountability or proper responses from them.

  They are automatically marking tickets as close without replying, discussing and solution

  Same or even more critical situation is mine.

  From last 3 months; my payment is on hold; Support team is unresponsive; And if they response after 1-2 weeks, then ask;

   

  "Please create another ticket; due to a large number of inquiries; we're unable to view your request"

   

  It's the worst experience; I've ever faced with a freelance platform

  @Muhammad, when did your withdrawal request get completed? I am facing the same issue its being over 50 days My funds are stucked and all I am hearing is we will escalate the issue but no response after that

  My funds are also on Hold; All payments from other workstreams is on HOLD.

   

  I'm unable to withdraw; and Support is unresponsive.
