Identification Document still under review

Hi there,

I submitted my ID document over 7 working days ago and it's still under review. I've been checking my emails for any additional requests, even in Spam, and I haven't received any emails at all about the verification.

Even worse - When I submit a support ticket about this, I receive an email to say I'll be contacted within 24 hours, but the ticket it automatically closed and I'm never contacted.

I have money in my account that I don't have access to and business expenses are looming.

This seems to be a common issue - Please provide an update as soon as possible!
