Application review problem

Greetings, 
i write this email because i wanted to send proposals through your platform but it sends me the next warning:

"Your application is currently under review.
In order to send a proposal, you should get your Seller Application approved"

It has been more than 3 months since my application is under review and I wanted to know if this is a problem of some kind or if the review of my application usually takes this long.

I´ll wait for your answer, Thanks.

  The same thing happened to me here. It has been more than five months, and support has never replied to my messages. I think this could be a way to scam people into buying the Fast Track.
