Request for Refund - 3 Months Subscription with No Clients
Dear PeoplePer Hour Support Team,
I am writing to request a full refund for my last three months of subscription fees.
For these three months, there were no clients available on the platform for me to work with. I paid for a service that promised access to work opportunities, but I received no value from my subscription.
To make matters worse, my account has now been blocked, preventing me from using the service entirely.
Since the service was not delivered, I am entitled to a refund. Please process the full refund for the last three months of subscription fees back to my original payment method.

Have you read T&C before subscription?
If you have no any abilities and skills then no one you work.
Only post proposal with too much low budget price trick you can not win projects.And also I am seeing many more similar your types person providing Black hat techniques and bad tricks. So clients aware about it and will not award projects.
