Message Notifications are not receiving (Big bug)
Hello PPh Team,
For the past few days, message notifications have not been working on the People Per Hour website. We are not receiving any message notifications, which is causing us significant problems. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Is this the reason clients want to communicate by other means? I've received a message from a possible client through a project I applied yesterday, the client wants to communicate by whatsap or telegram, I thought it was a scammer but he has many projects done at PPH with good feedback. I understand that is very bad not having notifications and very troublesome having to get into the PPH website to check if there's any message. Somebody is communicating by other means safely? I ask because we have no customer support here anymore.

Yes, Lillian. Some clients do ask to communicate by other means because they have no way of knowing whether you'll receive a PPH message.
BUT that should just be a starter. From then on, all communication and work files should be uploaded to the PPH platform for security.
Be wary of those with 0 reviews though, vague job descriptions and big price budgets, especially if they ask to communicate via telegram. They're generally scammers. People you have worked with previously or have hundreds of five star reviews probably do want a quick means of communication. You can't blame them. PPH support is non-existent.
