Fast track is not working

I paid £10 for the 'fast track' application process. There is no 'fast track.' £10 gone and it feels like I have been conned.

  There are more than a quarter of a million current applications.  Fast track doesn't guarantee you an account.  It just means they might look at your application quicker - and then reject it.   Big con really

  Thanks Nancy, I can read. To be clear, the 'fast track' doesn't say that they 'might look' but that the review process will be done in 24h. Which is completely untrue, as it turns out. It makes me wonder about the scale of this - i.e. how much money PPH are collecting from people just to leave them hanging. Tbf, I would never have applied having seen this forum and number complaints people have about this site. It's abysmal.

  That's total ****  Send them a ticket and demand your money back.  That's called theft. They haven't honoured their side of the agreement.
