Got Email "Profile has been accepted" but still can't submit any proposal

Hi there, 

Ive resubmitted my application twice and have received an email saying that my profile has been accepted. But I cannot submit any proposals.

 

Can this be resolved, please?

  I am getting the same issue. I recieved the email that you profile has been accepted but when I opend my profile they say your profile has beeen rejected three times So that i can't bid or send any proposal.

  Same happened with me. I received the email saying my profile has been accepted but still i am not able to post anything. If anyone has any solution, please help.
