Cancelled pre-funded job and have not received refund

Hello,

I posted and pre-funded a job because this website told me the pre-funding was refundable.

No one with relevant skills applied. Further the few people that did apply, didn't even answer the simple question I posted in the job.

So, I've cancelled the job days ago, but haven't seed a refund.
