I can't handle the job because some internet connection defections due to bad weather in my region.

How can the buyer gets back his money from my escrow?

  Hi Mohammed,

  You need to inform your buyer - Thomas, that you cannot complete the project as you proposed at this moment and for the reasons you stated above. Then using the 'more' button above the box where you would usually type a message you can select to issue a refund of the amount in the escrow.

  Alternatively you could arrange something for when you believe the bad weather may stop?
