Deposit funds option disappeared
Each month we deposit at least £250 into our account. Sometimes more. The “deposit funds” option however has now disappeared
In effect it will not allow me to deposit funds.
It is not practical nor does it work for our business to pay for each job separately with a credit card.
We need to be able to deposit money.
I have previously submitted a question twice via the help section. I have received no response so turning to this community. I have spent £20,000 with PPH and have 2 invoices due so any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi Robert,
The same rules apply, to comply with new UK legislation we can no longer take money on hold other than for jobs (escrow) otherwise we are classed as a bank.
I have passed this on to our support team so they can help you with the finer detail, however this is the general summary of the situation.
