Create Character counter
When filling the below - there is no counter to see where you are with the characters, and just receive constant errors - too little too many.
PROVIDE A DESCRIPTION FOR YOUR HOURLIE, OPTIMIZED FOR SEARCH RESULTS

Hi Alice,
I often advise people to use a web tool such as https://wordcounter.net/ to help track the amount of characters they are using for an hourlie. Often though some sellers get confused between character and word count. Especially on that section.
For that section it is not seen by the buyer so, honestly you can provide a string of keywords interjected by connectives if you so wish. They aren't needed though.
As a guide one and a quarter line in usually around the mark you want to aim for in that box.
Please let me know if I can help with anything else.

Hi Alice,
I agree—I had a similar issue the other day when filling in the descriptions in the portfolio section. I'd write some text, it'd look fine in the text box, I'd save it, and then when checking my profile I'd see a lot of it had been cut off because I'd reached a character limit that was never stated nor warned about.
To Kelly, you're not understanding what Alice is saying—when there's a character limit, it's basic UX design practice to tell the user both what it is and how many characters they have left.
e.g. "10/150 characters used".
