client is not giving response

Hi PPH Team,

I am writing here after waiting so long, we(me and client) were discussing further project details and I asked him for some more info to complete the project and he agreed but then he disappeared without closing project, now about a month or even more has passed, I am sending him messages after every few days to reply me if he needs any changes in work but he is not coming online at all. 

I did not raise invoice yet as I am still waiting for him but I need little clarification on this, as I do have half of the total agreed price in escrow, and if client didn't response then I would be able to get paid only for that which in escrow or full invoice amount?

  Hi Zahid,

  You will only be able to be paid for what is in escrow, however you should invoice for the full amount as the buyer will get a notification and may become responsive.
