What tax detail should I fill for individual

I tried to transfer money from my PPH account to my Payoneer account but, I don't see the drop-down "Select a Withdrawal Account"  and saw this message '

• Please click here to create a Withdrawal Account, before you can request withdrawal.

When I click on the link, it leads me to this screen: 

I want to link my Payoneer account that I did successfully. I am facing following issue:

In the question "Are you VAT registered in your country?" I do not have any VAT registration number.

In the last drop-down "Company registration number" I can't put any info as I don't have any company and I work as an individual. 

So the issue is what tax information should I put as an individual person and how do I transfer money from my PPH account to Payoneer account?
