Payoneer account not approved

Hi, 

 

My payoneer account has been successfully added to the PPH but when i try to withdraw funds, im being given an error message" The withdrawal account you have selected is not approved yet and cannot be used. More information can be found in the Payments section of your Account settings." 

 

Can you please help me in this regard and fix the issue as well. Thanks
