Payoneer Name Mismatch

Hello and good day.

I've tried to verify my document for both bank transfer and paypal payment method. However, both of them were rejected due to my name on my document is mismatch with my profile name. AND IS THE SAME

  I all ready send all my documents and pay the £10, and i dont havve and i dont have an anwser yet. why you dont aprove my payment ??
