Withdrawn funds
Hi
it has been 2 days I am waiting to withdraw funds , This all problem has started when I asked a question from pph Support staff to get an information.
If we change personal to company what is the process. I never asked him I want to proceed with this or I intend to change setting of current account now its 2 days ticket has been open to resolve the issue. I am unable to withdraw funds. My profile is already approved and have withdrawn funds many time. I am desperate for funds as I have to pay freelancer for the work done. Its been 2 days , The support guy this ticket has been allocated is available or no. I dont know but I had no response. I have tried to open a new ticket to get into PPH attentions as a urgent note.but after little while its marked as solved I seriously need help . You can also see the open ticket to see what is happening. But I need urgent help as see how many proposal are pending and payment required to finish those tasks

As my customer support colleagues have mentioned your case is now with our Payments Team and they are currently looking into it. Once we have an update, an agent will reach you immediately.
I can confirm that there is no intervention to your PPH account and that everything is normal from our side; this is also the reason that your case was escalated, in order for our responsible Team to investigate further.
Regarding your multiple solved tickets: Kindly be informed that when multiple tickets from the same user for the same issue are reaching us in such short time, we are merging the tickets in order to keep an order and because of the need for the case details and information to be kept in one place, where they can be accessible and concentrated. If there are new tickets regarding the same case, they most probably get assigned to different agents and this is certainly causing delays and frustration to all parties.
I would suggest to be patient as I assure you that your case is being investigated and we are all doing everything we can so it's resolved as soon as possible.
