Hello,

I've uploaded document for payment verification 1 week ago.

Still it says, "Under review". Why it is taking so long?

  Hi Nirav,

  1) document verification for payments usually take up to 7 working days (mon-fri). You have only waited 5 days taking into account the time of your upload.

  2) Your name mismatches you profile name and hence you now know why it has been rejected (you are talking to someone about this to resolve the issue).

  It's been 2 weeks now. Still payment is pending.
