Why I have to deposit the money even if I am the seller??

  Hi Mangesh,

  The deposit you are referring to is the deposit the buyer/client has to put into escrow for your protection so that they cannot expect you to do work for nothing and walk away without paying you.

  As a minimum we suggest 30%, however many sellers request 100% deposit.
