Invoice paid but money still in escrow

Hi,

A seller had agreed that they could do a job I was after for £125 so I paid this into the escrow.

The seller was unable to complete the job and we settled the invoice at £30. I have paid this invoice but now I still have £90 in the escrow.

Please could you let me know how to get this sent back into my bank account so I can use this to pay for another job on PPH?

  Hi James,

  you should ask the seller for a refund of the remaining amount, if the seller is not able to do that the remaining amount will automatically released back to you. If you are still struggling to get your money back after 7 working days please contact support@peopleperhour.com
