The client does not respond
Hi ,
I finished a big part of the work 85%, but Not completely finished, and the client does not respond since 10 days , and i think i couldn't ask to pay my total amount if i raised invoice ,because job not done. So what to do ?

Hi Tatyana,
No, I did not raise the invoice because the project is not finished yet. I am waiting for the client to let me know if the files I gave him fits on the materials he has and I already sent him 2 messages for the last 7 days but I did not receive any answer back. I am surprised by his attitude because he has 100% ratings as a client as great reviews. I am also new on PPH and this is my first project with my first client and the first situation like this I am dealing with and do not know how to manage it.
