Hi

I completed a job and and the buyer has paid and the job is done

the amount is now in my escrow account

and the invoice is still showing unpaid invoice

but how will it get tranferred to my pph user account

there is no such option

please help

  I just waited for around a day, and then it was transferred to my pph account.

  Well I got paid yesterday morning at ten, but I still didnt get my money in pph account.

  Yes, that's what happened to me also but eventually it got transferred, so i'll suggest you to wait. I had also raised the question and i got the support from customer service and they also asked me to wait.

  Hello, 

  I finished the project and client sent me a money, but now it on my escrow, how can I transfer it to earnings? By the way, I asked the client to fund the whole sum when I made a proposal and didn't raise the invoice. Please, help me, what can I do at this point.

  Hi

  My buyer has requested a refund and it has been processed already by PPH. My money $50 is lying with Escrow account. 

  How will it get tranferred to my PPH User Account?. there is no such option.
