how deposit funds in pph account

i cant found the way to deposit funds from my credit card to a pph account. i just enter in a pop windows where appear option and choose payments but the only way i found to make any payments is under escrow deposit, but this option will give funds only to an old freelancer i gave a job some time ago.

how can i do?

  We will no longer accept bank transfers as a payment method, however, the use of all other payments methods when accepting proposals, or paying invoices directly via the relevant Workstreams, remains unchanged.

  ok but is a prepaid card the same as  a bank transfer ?

  Your fees are too expensive, what is the cheapest method to deposit funds. I read some other thread where if you do bank transfer it's fee free. Obviously it's no longer accepted,
