On-site Notification Issue
Hi,
This is minor but pretty frustrating issue. When i receive any notification on PPH website, Notification bell shows the no. of how much notifications i received, that's ok. But when i click the bell & view the notifications it doesn't mark it as already read, it still shows unread notification until i click on "View All" & manually click on round button & mark it as read. Please fix this, it confuses sometime.

I received an email from support saying : "Unfortunately this is the way the site it was built. This is not a technical issue. However, I will inform our team about your suggestion and hopefully this will be applied."
Dear PPH Team,
It is not a general website rule but A PROBLEM you should really consider, please ask & explain your technical team about this issue, it is not fixed yet. Why would anyone want to get notified continuously even after reading the notification? why you want us to manually mark the notification as read instead of just reading it when notified?
Please look into this.
