Payments Suddenly Not Verified

Is this happening to others.  I have been on this site for YEARS!!!!  And never had an issue being paid, 15 days ago I went to withdraw and it said my Pay Pal wasn't approved. Then it said my name didn't match. Then I tried to load my banking information under my birth/married name and it rejected, then they said my name doesn't match but I can't CHANGE MY NAME?????  And then it allowed me to change my name one section but it doesn't change it in the seller section.... I AM SO UPSET with PPH this is archaic and translate like there is no customer service NUMBER because we don't want to talk to you....I can't talk to a REAL PERSON??  In 2018, a billion dollar company has no customer service "people" live people???  I just want my money,,,,,,,,,, I want a resolution not a robot a resolution.  I want consistency and why can't we change our names?
