Add URL field to the Job Creation form

 I think it would be great to have a non-required field for the buyer to input the URL of the page that is showing problems/needs adjustments/needs improvement.

Most jobs that are "I need this fixed" or "I want to add this to my site" have questions from people asking for the URL. 

And that makes sense to me, most of the time, because proposals may depend on the technology the buyer is using, as well as the complexity of the page, etc etc.
