Hello I am talking to a client for a project and we were agreed on a price of $250. But when he is paying the amount then he said that PPH is charging him $275.

 

May I know what is the issue there? Why the charges are extra $25?

  Hi Gaurav, 

  You are charged Buyer fees, these are within our terms and conditions that you agree to on signing up to our platform (unlike Megan states you do see this if you read the terms and conditions, which everyone should do). The buyer should also see an outline of the fee they will be charged on the final payment screen before final payment commences. If you do not see this Gaurav then please contact us.

  • Buyer fees are broken down as follows:

  PPH charge buyers fees and sellers fees. But yo don't see those fees until the time comes to pay. Its underhand, but nothing your buyer can do to avoid it - although I have heard that some payment methods can be cheaper.
