Am I The Only PPH- Seller Who Suddenly Can't Get Their Money
Is there anyone else here that has been a seller for quite a while and suddenly their money is being held up. I have been here for 4 years maybe more using pay pal under my PPH name with no issues when 3 weeks ago a large payment was put in "pending' status. I was told to change my name to match my accounts, except WE CAN'T CHANGE OUR NAMES!! Then I put in request for name change with Drivers License, bank statements, etc. etc. and every day around 3AM I get a useless support note saying my issue will be resolved in 7 days. Except its been 21 days.. Has anyone here ever spoken to or been able to call a live person... about issues?

Oh my GOD so it's some internal fail, meanwhile buyers are paying for services and PPH has their money but we don't..... They FINALLY changed my name on my account but NOW they rejected my banking AGAIN despite that fact that it matches the name they "changed" it to. This is an episode of the 3 Stooges on crack! Thank you for the reply, I think I may feel slightly better knowing I am not alone..... I can't take on any more work from them until I am paid.....I would be a fool to do so....Thanks again.

She/ Vikki is my "person" also and if I put two and two together it's not "unprecedented" in that they have suddenly been booking a ton of PPH work, I "think" it has to do with "Brexit" or whatever changes have been implemented after the vote, and they did not notify us (the sellers) that changes and or new guidelines would go into affect in the new year and so now you have chaos.
I got my last PPH payment near the end of 2017 with no issue, via my pay pal, under my media name (Trei Taylor) no problem. It was after that in January when a buyer paid me that this non-sense started.
Again the lesson here is preparedness on their part for change, and proper notification. I have a problem with them still being able to "receive" money but being less than thoughtful to the people who are actually executing the work, and lastly how can you be a million dollar corporation but not offer some sort of customer service offering. It says you don't want to talk to me, everything can't be fluffed up at a damn "Zen" desk.

They are also asking buyers to clear their accounts by withdrawing the money they have sitting in there. So its leading to a backlog.
They should have foreseen this...
And yes, customer service is awful. Really really awful. It used to be better.
All we need is a statement on twitter, an apology, a "yes we messed up" statement...
