Anyone not received payments - READ THIS
It seems that once again PPH has had issues with payments to paypal and payoneer since last thursday.
If this has affected you, please check your available money now. The request to withdraw may have been deleted and the money returned to your account, forcing you to withdraw again.
However there has been no communication to anyone to tell us this. Considering the time constraints on payments, this is unforgiveable.
If you withdraw before 12pm today, you should (theoretically) receive the money today - depending on your withdrawal method.
However, if you miss the 12pm deadline you'll be waiting another day.
Fingers crossed PPH will inform us about something at some point, but not counting on it. In the meantime, I'll keep updating here if I discover anything else and I encourage other people to do so too.

Few times when i get issues and Suresh dont solve them and i get Natalie to take over the situation, she is very nice person, to the point ans and explains everything in detail. iam waiting for payment today or any reply from Suresh i will ask for Natalie and will ask for credits as she has more decision power than Suresh or any other support team member. if she says it will be done today then iam 100% sure it will be. as from my experience with her on past promises she made.

I have been promised by Natalie. She said she would personally ensure it.
I hope that it is just taking a bit longer today and that they are working their way through it. Hopefully it will come before the end of the day.
Could it be that somehow the payment system is causing the site outages? Although the site looks OK to me - not tried to send any messages or anything though.
Both my transactions are still "pending". This is getting critical for me financially now.

I haven't done any work on PPH stuff since Friday. This is seriously affecting my bottom line (and that of PPH too probably).
I have messaged Natalie to inform her of the current situation and insisted that all payments should be prioritised (not just mine - as I seem to be the only person she is dealing with directly).
I am getting to the point of rage now...

i did the same to all projects as if iam not sure when i will get paid or worst i will be paid or dont get paid not sure as without any true explanation from them its not clear either these issues are created by them to show there is issue or there is a true big problem they are facing, totally non-related common reply from there support team making it more worst,

If I dont recieve anything in my paypal by tomorrow, it will be Monday before i have access to it in a bank account as it takes 24hrs to get from paypal to my bank.
Very worrying times, I cant understand why not one PPH employee has come on to this thread and explained what is going on.

Could it be that they just don't have the money?
I'm trying to assume that this couldn't possibly be the case. But with all of the cash that was sitting in their accounts suddenly being requested for withdrawal (at their request) they have hit a cash flow wall.
Then we are all not invoicing our customers because we are not working, meanwhile yet more and more people are requesting withdrawals.
its a bit like a run on the banks. Any financial business like this will have access to money that isn't strictly theirs, yet they use it to prop up other parts of the business.
Is Escrow really safe from PPH themselves. Is it ringfenced? Are the payments from our clients ring fenced for us until paid into our accounts?
I am making lots of assumptions, but what are the rules about PPH access to "our" money and escrow payments? Can they use it to pay other people?
Even if this isn't the case here - it is still a legitimate question.

Another support ticket message supposedly from Natalie (although the grammar wasn't great and I don't think she wrote it personally)
It assures me that they are "doing all they can" to process payments by the end of the day.
it also paid lip service to my request that everyone gets their money today. I hope that means everyone will. I said I do not want priority over anyone else.

I've been so enraged by this ordeal that I have already fully dedicated myself to leaving PPH once they solve this issue.
We pay so much in service fees from our earnings and yet, they cant just handle this simple task.
I got used to having my withdrawals approved within minutes. This is literally a nightmare.
