    They charge you to deposit funds, they add extra % on top of the hourlies we advertise, they take % on the work done then they take more when you withdraw, they must be making a fortune they only have to pay Suresh and Kelly. 

    PPH have taken automated systems to a new level, they are solely relying on technology and its now starting to haunt them. 

    Forums like this are not something PPH should be facilitating, the customer service is so poor you would have thought they would try and keep up all quiet. 

    From my experience over the past 6/7yrs PPH does not handle or respond to criticism in a very professional way, it gives me the impression the staff are just confident enough dealing with issues.

    They are just point blank refusing to answer anything regarding payment hold up's I will keep bombarding them on social media until I get answers

    yesturday system crash and no payment today so today system crash again so it means no payment tomorrow too.

    I just got that message saying all is resolved and i need to open a ticket, why do i need a ticket if its resolved? 

    The only reason they are telling people to take tickets is so they can deal with the situation in private.

    I dont see a single reply from them that say anything about when payment issue will be solved? not a single one just one that Magan got from Natalie and i thought she is honest and only promise when she can solve issue, but it seems issue ig growing day by day as on daily basis new withdraw requests will be send and they will not able to handle that amount.

    Thank you for the accounts Abbas - despite doing accounting at uni, I still find them hard to follow. But it looks like they are doing OK as of 2016. 

    Surely more and more people are joining the ranks of the unpaid. Where are these people? Or is it just last Fridays payments that are not going through? Or is it something to do with a few accounts?

    spoke to a reception woman who tried to put me through but came back and said it was just going to voicemail, so I asked her to pass on a message to them that I will be calling every 30 mins until someone speaks to me

    I got cut off first time, called back, spoke to someone different then transferred to the voicemail of a Stephanie King. Nobody seems to answer the phone as people per hour but they all know of people per hour.

    they must be feeling the pressure now. I doubt it makes a difference however. But if everyone goes home at 5pm without having sorted this out, I question their morals.

    Unfortunately these incidences will be all over Google for ever more. Anyone looking to see if they should sign up will come across it and feel unsure. 

    they have 1.5 hours to pay us all. By the end of the day was what they said.
