can you say when you requested it - the first and the second time. Maybe they are going through them chronologically.

Now the struggle for compensation begins. Credits is not good enough.

Anyone brave enough to send another invoice? I don't think I have a choice... But wonder what on earth might happen.

    Ive got what im owed.

In all seriousness though we have had to endure a roller coaster few days, some probably more worried than others, were not going to be able to prevent this from happening again but what steps can we take to ensure we our heard moving forward?

I really wish they would just work with us instead of ignoring us.

Has everyone in our little revolution been paid??

Megan, the 2nd stage begins, 10 credits already rejected, lets get our fees back.

James, hopefully this has woken them up to start being proactive and completely overhaul CS

It is probably about protection and not having all eggs in one basket. Most of us are going to think twice about bringing clients onto the platform, we are going to get more clients privately and use PPH less and less.

That's going to be my outcome. First step is to limit the number of jobs I do on here and to always make sure I have other sources of income.

I also can't recommend it to anyone. I just can't.

Looks like payoneer is still not being paid. I hope that's coming soon...

Craig - yes, it is a little revolution. I like a good fight. But agreed that credits are not good enough. They need to refund or offer financial payment. Some of us have incurred bank charges.

I dont think it will be to be honest, i think they had a huge result they made payments when they did today as twitter activity was increasing quite rapidly in the past couple of hours, All that momentum will totally disappear now until the next time.

to get an idea today how late you guys get paid, so maybe i will get paid after all paypal withdraws are done and then payneer ones.

Last time this happened I had to take out a short term loan...that cost me more than I care to say. Never again will I allow myself to rely on PPH.

abbas - usually we are paid paypal between 1.30pm and 3pm - sometimes slightly later (but rarely).

I was paid about an hour later than normal Abbas.

Megan, what a nightmare. Like James said the momentum will die down now that everyone has got what they were essentially after but I personally will keep pushing as hard to get at least fees back and some profile promotion on the site

keep using this thread to let us know your success on that. I don't need promotion (I have more work than I can do right now), but I want those fees.

    Les,

Are you calling me a tramp? lol

I have been self employed for 12 years and learned all the tricks for debt collection, I actually enjoy the chase ;)

It has been a team effort we have all turned the pressure up on them today and got our money, finally.

I have sent another support ticket email to Natalie. I have suggested a refund of all fees and a site wide apology and explanation via the blog and email.

I also pointed out that this can't be allowed to happen again and that communication of issues at the earliest opportunity is essential.

Quite why I need to point this out is beyond me to be honest...
