Anyone not received payments - READ THIS
It seems that once again PPH has had issues with payments to paypal and payoneer since last thursday.
If this has affected you, please check your available money now. The request to withdraw may have been deleted and the money returned to your account, forcing you to withdraw again.
However there has been no communication to anyone to tell us this. Considering the time constraints on payments, this is unforgiveable.
If you withdraw before 12pm today, you should (theoretically) receive the money today - depending on your withdrawal method.
However, if you miss the 12pm deadline you'll be waiting another day.
Fingers crossed PPH will inform us about something at some point, but not counting on it. In the meantime, I'll keep updating here if I discover anything else and I encourage other people to do so too.

Its a similar sort of situation to the "Refund changes" they made a big deal about a few weeks ago, not one of those changes were anything new it was all pretty basic simple stuff that you would expect to happen anyway for example
"If your hourlie is purchased by mistake" - Why buyers were ever penalised for this is beyond me, PPH did always correct the automatic but only after contacting them first but whilst you wait you sit there with a 1 star rating and a comment of "Failed to deliver " top of your profile.
-
I would be careful even mentioning that as they are so strict about removing payments from PPH.
One thing I have learned in the last few days is that they normally do release payments within 24 hours but their Ts & Cs state that they can take up to 10, so they cover themselves for problems like this.
Mention Natalie in a comment on your ticket, she said if her name is in the message she will automatically receive a copy

Hi Craig,
Thanks for your response. I mentioned about getting paid via other means to get the attention of PPH support team. Not once have I encouraged my clients to pay me outside of PPH but what other option do I have
Most of us are dependent on the income that we make here. Now PPH has left us wondering whether we will even get paid or not. When they can send us timely marketing emails why haven't they intimated us about the issue with processing of payments.

Hi Aarthy,
Totally agree with you. My biggest irritant with issues this week was the fact they didn't once come out and tell us there was a problem, even though we knew there was, and just ignored everyone when we were looking for answers.
It has been terrible PR for them and they really should be issuing a public apology.
-
No point complaining here because thats what they want, its all in house so they still have control over what is written.
My suggestion would be daily tweets asking for answers, always be polite, express your concerns and ask for re-assurances, they cant ignore everyone.
Ive persisted in asking for an explanation via twitter daily but so far they choose to totally ignore me.

Craig - Yes, you are right. The fact that they are not responding is so frustrating.
James - I messaged PPH on Facebook but I received an automatic reply to submit a new ticket here. There's already a pending ticket for which I haven't received any response.
Les - I can't see your comment here in the thread but I received an email notification.
Thank you all
-
Thats exactly what they do, they just post you a link to submit a ticket then your query is dealt with in private.
We both know it still takes at least 2/3 days to get a human answer after that ticket is submitted and more often than not they dont actually help they just pass you to someone more "senior".

Hey Les,
Who knows, it came through in my email but not showing up in board. I would guess it is because you mentioned removing work from PPH. They are super strict about this.
Worth noting as well in their Ts&Cs it does state that they allow up to 10 days for payments to be made although usually much quicker

Hi Abbas - I have just been paid for a request made yesterday morning. I see that as progress, but I think I might just be lucky.
I sent one this morning too and think I will have to wait until tomorrow for that.
If that is the stadnard waiting time at the moment I can work around that.
I hope you get yours soon too.
I am having to focus on work this week - so trying not to let it worry me like it did last week. it took up far too much of my time. For all of us, I think.
-
I agree Les,
With enough notice of the change (and beleive me, I have no faith that PPH would provide that) I would happily wait to be paid every Monday, Wednesday and Friday - or whatever suits their systems.
I just need to know with certaintly when payments are going to arrive so I can plan my finances. I don't have reserves to keep me going.
I think it is a case of the PPH payment system becoming too big for them. it is legally onerous (as it should be) and they are trying to work out how to offload it. Maybe they should just get a system like WorldPay on board or work direct with PayPal - so we can invoice our clients directly without using PPH at all. They can still get their cut - but will share it with a third party professional payments company.

We set our hourlie prices to include the fee's we pay and to be competitive, PPH then add % on top of that to anyone purchasing an hourlie so we have very little knowledge of how much clients are getting charged for our services, this is wrong, If you submit a proposal in the work-stream this extra % is not included.
Ive kept up my daily request for information on twitter, ive been getting a response but i think they are just humoring me with a new response each day. I'll keep it up till we answers, its just not good enough for what we pay.

There is another "introductions" company I have used before. For a set fee of between £5 and £10 you get the email of the buyer and you conduct all of your negotiations direct including being paid. I beleive the buyer pays a fee too.
Such an easy business model without all of this customer support hassle.PPH could offer this as an alternative. You get to choose between them taking all of the risk or taking it yourself and paying more to do so.
There you go PPH, you can have that idea on me :)
although to be fair the risk is always on the seller...no matter what. But the idea of buying out of the payments process feels like a great idea right now.

i cant take this anymore, i bring almost all clients from upwork to this site bcs of one day payout now delay and also no communication making it worst, will wait till next week that everything go back to normal otherwise i will give pph minimum priority and start to work and build reputation on other site again. problem is not getting paid late it happens but no communication or reason that make everything worst.
