Anyone not received payments - READ THIS
It seems that once again PPH has had issues with payments to paypal and payoneer since last thursday.
If this has affected you, please check your available money now. The request to withdraw may have been deleted and the money returned to your account, forcing you to withdraw again.
However there has been no communication to anyone to tell us this. Considering the time constraints on payments, this is unforgiveable.
If you withdraw before 12pm today, you should (theoretically) receive the money today - depending on your withdrawal method.
However, if you miss the 12pm deadline you'll be waiting another day.
Fingers crossed PPH will inform us about something at some point, but not counting on it. In the meantime, I'll keep updating here if I discover anything else and I encourage other people to do so too.

Oh dear - for a start, now I know they are based in Athens. Hence no direct number.
I feel thoroughly ripped off and let down actually. I have earned almost 50k with PPH and they have received my fees on that money.
yet they offer a very poor service and in my opinion, it doesn't look like there is a single person in the organisation who can fix it.
Luckily my business plan for the coming year involves getting away from PPH - I am working towards that with haste.

I am so fed up with all this now, had a ticket regarding more late payments open since Monday and had no response, it's beyond a joke and I have gave up bombarding them on twitter as it just wastes my time and it get me nowhere.
interesting read Les. The CEO certainly gets in the neck a lot, it sounds like it is all going wrong from the very top. Xenios should be appalled at the feedback on this site and the negative publicity they are receiving on Social media but sadly they just don't seem to care...as long as the fees keep rolling in they won't change.
luckily I get most of my work away from PPH but always counted on it to provide a little instant cash flow while I wait 30/60/90 days for other clients to pay, sadly I can no longer trust PPH to provide this

Ive lost my fight too. I simply can't stick with PPh any more. As of April I will have a financial buffer and will be able to say goodbye. As one of the founding members, I am really sad to do that. but I guess there are a thousand writers out there who can take my place.
I put myself in a vulnerable position this month by having all my work on PPH. if there is one thing I would say to freelancers is never do that.
I wonder if the payments team have all walked out? I bet they are all super stressed.
Natalie seems to have disappeared.

I have had that conversation with the customer service manager and she agreed that communication at the earliest opportunity is important. I have seen some evidence that there has been more effort in the last few days - but truly, it has been too little too late.
I am most definitely transistioning myself off PPH. I can't rely on it,

To be fair the "conversation" was via my support ticket.
Yes, I have been on PPH for ten years. In the early years they contacted me to be interviewed for their blog. I was very happy with how it worked in those days. My Hourlies were accepted immediately becuase I was one of the first to use the system (they invited me to be a tester of the service).
In the last two years my earnings have increased from 500 a month to sometimes more than 2,000.
But everything has been heading downhill for a while. Increasing fees, fees for buyers, jobs that cost 3 credits and charging for the privilege of them holding on to our money. Now slow to non-existant payments.
That's why Im sad about it. I saw how good it was and now I just see how bad it is.
Two weeks ago I was number 2 copywriter (in terms of earnings) this week I am number 101. Clearly becuase I cut back on the amount of work I do here. Through no fault of my own. that's annoying.

Megan I know you have been dealing with Natalie as well and I have to say she has been great with me, everything she as told me she would do she has done and more. Restored a tiny bit of my faith :)
I am always quick to jump down their throats and criticise so I though it was only fair to share a positive.
I requested a large withdrawal yesterday and emailed her asking if it was going to be another 4 days and she promised me it would be done straight away today and I got funds at 12pm.
She has promoted my hourlies for a full week which has generated more income and new clients so I tip my hat to her.

Yes, Natalie deserves a special mention. She has communicated with me really well too and ensured all my invoices went through this week (as I explained how much I need the money)
I hope everyone else is seeing some improvement too.
I have felt that Ive needed to push to get things taken care of, but that's easy compared the first few days of this.
So, yes WELL DONE, NATALIE!

Wow - that's a long time. I've not had to wait that long this week - but I did push pretty hard for payment.
3-5 days...
That really doesn't work for me. That means I can expect not to get paid at all next week.
Yes, it is clearly a way to make extra money from our money via short term interest bearing accounts.
I used to work in foreign currency and we did this all the time. We had overnight accounts that would generate high interest across a day or two and it became a large part of the profit.
it makes excellent financial sense, but is awful for the longevity of your business if it is to the detriment of your customer.
