    Nope - no message yet. I can't believe the attitude actually. What is so hard about sending out an email to all sellers to let them know there is an issue?

    I've been posting here on all the threads I can find to try and keep people advised myself. 

    Maybe I should send an invoice to PPH for my time.

    The customer service is abysmal.

    It's a waste of time, I went for it all guns blazing the last time, ended up with 10 credits, ha ha. Was told then that the Customer Support was getting a major overhaul and would be massively improved in a couple of months....it's still the exact same.

    I said at the time just put out a tweet or an email telling us about the issue and what was being done, it would stop all of us bombarding them at same time, but they know better.

    I think we should start a sellers group where we can go team handed rather than 1 at a time cannon fodder and tackle the customer support issue head on as it is simply not anywhere near good enough

    This is what really gets on my nerves, just put out a tweet about making pretty leaves instead of letting us know about issue....All they want the world to see is how perfect life is
