problem not solved but status changed to solved and no information given

I had bad experience with one of the seller who made me deposit funds and i realized that. i have released funds rather than depositing .
i raised a ticket with customer support . one of the support guy named panos told me that he got assurance from seller that he owe me logos so he will deliver job or either give me refund . i was waited patiently for like 20 days then they chnaged the support guy now i was assigned vasilki . he/she said they are obtaining funds ok i waited asked few times taken follow ups. She kept on saying obtaining funds . but i was totally surprised when i see my job status is showing solved while there is no resolution given to me . this shows the why PPH will never be like other platforms who are growing fast and take strict against sellers . this is really bad bad experience here and infact my last job with PPH . It was not about few dollars but about trust and honesty . You guys failed in it and lose a customer

Your disappointment is justified; I apologise for this situation.

The member Nagraj Y. has been informed and penalized. If he doesn't deliver to you, PPH will take harsher measures. We are not done yet.

We are truly doing everything in our power to resolve situations such as this. Soon, we will have an update.
