I CAN NOT WITHDRAW MY MONEY AND TRANSFER THEM TO MY PAYONEER ACCOUNT

Hallo

Thanks for giving a great platform  .

Actually i received email from PeoplePerHour Team that i need to withdraw my 16$ with in 15 days but there are  also limit is set that we cannot  with draw less than 23$ 

So please guide me what can i do .
