    Hi Natasha,

    I have edited your post, but sent it to our support team with the contents as they originally were, so they can investigate the matter. 

    In future you can also 'report a user' from the workstream (message exchange system) you are working in to alert PPH support staff of any suspicious activity.

    I hope you have a better experience with our platform in future. There is now no need to delete the post and someone from our support team will email you.

    I’ve done both but the instructions I found can’t be followed because I was unable to find the features listed to deactivate the account. I have emailed Support. Hopefully I’ll get a response soo . I can’t even delete my original post, only the follow on comments 🤷🏾‍♀️

    Good afternoon,

    I fell for this scam and have lost £3500. I have reported it to the police and my bank. However, I am understandably distraught at my naivety to the situation and the financial implications. Please no one else fall for this.
