eBay Fraud Alert

Hi 

I believe there is a fraudster on the prowl.  I have just been asked by 

WorkStream with Martin C.

#1909458 I require someone to list 100 items on eBay to list farm products on eBay under my account and that I would be paid a 5% commission.  I have now declined the job. Please note I am an anti-financial crime/fraud professional and this has 'eBay Fraud' written all over it.   PPH  - do you not carry out any checks on potential buyers?   ..............................................   Hi Natasha,

  I have edited your post, but sent it to our support team with the contents as they originally were, so they can investigate the matter. 

  In future you can also 'report a user' from the workstream (message exchange system) you are working in to alert PPH support staff of any suspicious activity.

  I hope you have a better experience with our platform in future. There is now no need to delete the post and someone from our support team will email you.

  What's solely for PPH? You posting your email address?

  That's not the case—any person (or bot) who visits this forum can see it, plus PPH will contact you privately through their system and not via an email address posted here.

  You should edit your post to remove it.

  My advice is to search these forums and/or speak directly to a member of PPH's support staff via a contact form or email address.

  I’ve done both but the instructions I found can’t be followed because I was unable to find the features listed to deactivate the account. I have emailed Support. Hopefully I’ll get a response soo . I can’t even delete my original post, only the follow on comments 🤷🏾‍♀️

  Good afternoon,

  I fell for this scam and have lost £3500. I have reported it to the police and my bank. However, I am understandably distraught at my naivety to the situation and the financial implications. Please no one else fall for this.
