i had make a withdraw request on 16 feb, it is not completed !

and the amount is return to my PPH account .
I want to withdraw this in My bank account(DBBL,Bangladesh).

and i make another withdraw request..

The PPH said the amount will be cut from my account after 28 feb!
what should i do now?
And how many days will need to complete this transfer process?
and also need the swift code of PPH , as it will also ask by Bank to withdraw the amount .
