    Hi Sobia

I am facing the same problem of getting paid by PPH and it is so stressful that I told their customer support team that I am afraid that I will get a panik attack. I got so sick because of not getting paid and not receiving any help from customer service and no one escalating my case, that I have to spend my days indoors in bed. I also lost my appetite and am quite dehydrated. I have several open tickets but nothing is happening. I am scared that PPH will keep my money. I have been waiting for several weeks now to get paid.It is just awful.

    Hi Kelly!

I am facing the same problem that i first placed the withdrawal request on 15th feb from PPH to my PAYONEER account and after pending for 5 days that is on 20th the money returned back to my PPH wallet. fair enough it was told that there is huge overload and technical issues.

Once again after waiting for some time, i have issued another WITHDRAWAL of $700 from PPH to PAYONEER on 28th feb and after 5 days it still says pending. can you help as to expedite or resolve this as i am in great DISTRESS now ..

    hi kelly!

thanks for asking, yes after remaining pending for 12 days i.e 28th feb to 12 march, it was finally paid with the support of Mr Sakkis, his response time was quick and information was dead correct. previously Mr Suresh was handling the issue and unfortunately the response time of my messages and his information was not accurate or and i was really depressed initially.

However "ALL IS WELL THAT ENDS WELL"

    take care
