I had requested to withdraw money by 22-Feb-2018 but still its on pending status.

  Yes, they have a "backlog". Payments seem to be taking 2-3 days rather than 1-2. I think they are epxecting to be back to normal soon.

  However who knows as PPH don't seem to communicate with their customers...
