I have placed a job with a seller but she can not work on the given task due to issues with her computer, I paid £100 which is being held in the escrow account.  I have engaged another seller and I need to pay them their deposit. can you please transfer the deposit into the new seller account or can you refund it back into my account.

  The seller advises me to ask for a refund please advise how this can be done so that my funds are returned back into my escrow
