Unable to create invoice#1905454 Article about Archangels
I have a client who deposited money for the work stream before I could create a proposal. As such, I created the proposal, but it would mean that she'd have to deposit the money again so as to accept it. Therefore, I can't raise an invoice or get her to release funds. Please advise as to how I can go about it. I believe she's Romanian and made the error due to a lack of understanding.
