Maybe you should hire a freelancer to revamp your message center

You sent me this email, from a no-reply source I should add, 

As a young company we depend on feedback to improve so we would love to hear your thoughts on the Proposals you received for Job "Affordable CRM" so that we send you better Seller matches.

If you really mean that, I suggest you work with some outsiders to give you some good input on the user-friendliness of your own website. Specifically, your message center is really complex and cumbersome. It's not user friendly and so I don't really care to use your site. I moved over to a few others.
