proposal declining reason
Providers are spending their time and connects to apply to jobs. English is not mother language of most of the providers and writing a proposal may take quite long time. And sometimes their proposals are declined by the buyers without any explanation. It is very frustrating and disappointing. I think PPH should force to buyers to make an explanation when they declined a proposal.
Recently my proposal declined by a buyer without any reason, and I applied to her project again just to ask why she declined my proposal. But she ignored me and did not answer my question and declined my proposal again. It is very rude. Providers are not slaves of the buyers! they can not act to providers like that!.

Hi Orkun,
I understand your frustration, especially if you are new to this line of work. However, you must remember that some jobs, in some sections of our board, will have over 50 proposals within a matter of hours and the likelihood of a company or a single person trying to get a 'job done quickly' to go through each proposal they declined and respond to each one with an explanation is asking a lot. Perhaps in your example the buyer could have sent a reasoning, however, again, perhaps their first language wasn't English or you hadn't read the job description properly.
As Joseph states, I would think a better solution would be to place the job description up here and your proposal and seasoned freelancers can then give tips on perhaps why you didn't get the job.
Please let me know if I can help with anything else.
