proposal declining reason

    Hi Orkun,

I understand your frustration, especially if you are new to this line of work. However, you must remember that some jobs, in some sections of our board, will have over 50 proposals within a matter of hours and the likelihood of a company or a single person trying to get a 'job done quickly' to go through each proposal they declined and respond to each one with an explanation is asking a lot. Perhaps in your example the buyer could have sent a reasoning, however, again, perhaps their first language wasn't English or you hadn't read the job description properly.

As Joseph states, I would think a better solution would be to place the job description up here and your proposal and seasoned freelancers can then give tips on perhaps why you didn't get the job.

Please let me know if I can help with anything else.

Come on... buyers are under no obligation to explain why they decline your proposals.

It's neither rude nor their job.

Nor should any PPH user be forced to do anything.

If you want feedback on a proposal, post it in the forum and maybe someone will give you notes.
