Pending withdrawals

I withdraw funds last Wednesday, and it is still pending with the message "Your withdrawal will be processed to your Paypal account within 1 working day". Can you please check?

  We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

  I would like to inform you that we have been receiving a large number of requests, which caused a backlog on our system regarding payments. Thus, this has caused some delays to the process of our users' withdrawal requests. There is nothing to worry about though, the funds will be transferred under your Payment Method as requested. You shall not get charged Admin Fees.
  
  I would kindly like to advise you to be a little more patient as our Team is doing everything in their power in order to review and process all of the requests as soon as possible.

  Its been another week now, this is still pending. With so many complains regarding withdrawals in the forum and same response to everyone, what exactly you guys are doing to handle these? I doubt this is happening due to a large number of requests. Do you have absolutely no staff to handle withdrawals? I'll be happy to help as a volunteer.

  Same happen to me. They still not doing the transfer. Although they already approved the documentations they requested

  My documents were approved but the money wasn't transfer I just checked and was another withdrawal activated but is pending. I am wondering if this is not a way to keep my money for longer.
