Payment not Received
Dear PPH Help,
This is with reference to withdrawal from my PPH account dated 21st February.
I have not received the requested payment. I seek your kind help to settle the same.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
I would like to inform you that we have been receiving a large number of requests, which caused a backlog on our system regarding payments. Thus, this has caused some delays to the process of our users' withdrawal requests. There is nothing to worry about though, the funds will be transferred under your Payment Method as requested. You shall not get charged Admin Fees.
I would kindly like to advise you to be a little more patient as our Team is doing everything in their power in order to review and process all of the requests as soon as possible.
