Complain to Twitter about payment issues
Many people seem to be having trouble regarding getting payments on time (or at all).
This support forum is mostly ignored by customer service, so I suggest heading over to twitter. Mostly they direct you to open a support ticket, but sometimes you get a real answer to a legitimate question and it is a public way to express your displeasure.

The customer service team seem to be severely overworked right now, but hopefully going to them directly might help.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
I would like to inform you that we have been receiving a large number of requests, which caused a backlog on our system regarding payments. Thus, this has caused some delays to the process of our users' withdrawal requests. There is nothing to worry about though, the funds will be transferred under your Payment Method as requested. You shall not get charged Admin Fees.
I would kindly like to advise you to be a little more patient as our Team is doing everything in their power in order to review and process all of the requests as soon as possible.
