  Same problem, made a request on 15/02 and 05/03 and neither have come through to Paypal

  The same for me around 24 February I request PayPal withdraw but still I've not received.

  Nothing yet! Normaly they were paying in 2-3 days.

  So it has been almost a month for you?   I thought they said the reason why there's a delay is because a legislation that says that can't keep money in the account for more than a month.
