New proposal on a WorkStream
Hi,
I have been looking on your Support website for some advice but I can't find anything related to this.
The Byer I'm working with has changed the brief, which means that I need to send another proposal, after he has accepted the initial one. But I don't know how this works, neither I can find any info on your website.
I have sent him a new proposal via the already existing workstream and included the whole amount and the additional price as an additional item but I have the following questions:
1) Obviously he has to accept it, but have I done it right? Or should I just send a new proposal with only the additional item? What I mean is, is there only one proposal that the workstream should have or can I have 2 or 3 which will sum up once the job is completed?
2) What happens next? If he accepts the new proposal, is the initial one automatically canceled?
Just a bit of feedback:
When you reply to questions like this, it would be better if you wrote your reply here, instead of saying that you've raised a ticket as that way others can find help on your Support site. I did try to find answers to my questions above, but because all I could see was that you've raised a ticket to similar questions, I had to contact you whereas if you wrote your answers here, I wouldn't have to.
